Dahlia was born in Israel and immigrated to Australia in 1989, becoming a citizen a few years later. She first received counselling training in an international private course (1987). She later acquired academic qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work, and conflict management, allowing her a unique integrated approach to counselling.
Counselling is Dahlia’s second career, being first trained as an archaeologist at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She specialised in archaeological illustration of prehistoric artefacts and her work appeared in international publications.
